BioSpark (Xi'an) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019. The company’s production base occupies an area of approximately 18,000 square meters, equipped with over 10 advanced production lines and 100,000-class cleanrooms, and holds multiple national patented technologies. In 2023, it was recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise".
We possess leading independent R&D and manufacturing capabilities in China, with more than 140 workshop technicians. The annual production capacity of the facility reaches 2,800 tons, ensuring full supply to meet customer demands.
High-standard Laboratory
BioSpark (Xi'an) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has collaborated with leading university research institutions to establish a state-of-the-art laboratory adhering to international quality standards. The facility is staffed by over 25 professor-level R&D scientists and specialized testing personnel, and is equipped with advanced analytical instruments including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, Polarimeters, Automated Titrators, and specialized incubators for microbiological and chemical analysis.
From sourcing to shipment, we implement a rigorous quality management system. All raw materials are meticulously selected and processed using proprietary extraction technologies. Each batch of finished products undergoes comprehensive testing for active ingredients, pesticide residues, moisture, heavy metals, and microbial contamination, ensuring consistent quality that meets and exceeds stringent international standards.
Diversified Warehouses
BioSpark (Xi'an) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. operates a modern logistics warehouse spanning approximately 3,200 square meters, stocked with a wide variety of products. The warehouse is systematically organized into six designated storage zones: A, B, C, D, E, and F.
Zones A and B are dedicated to storing fruit and vegetable powders; Zones C and D primarily house natural botanical extracts; Zone E contains various vitamin and amino acid products; Zone F is reserved for samples and trial batches. Each zone is managed by professional personnel who ensure strict sterilization and environmental control protocols.
